After 42 Years: Farewell and Gratitude to Meftun Gündoğdu

As the Altek Döküm family, we are honored to share a story of dedication and heart that began at age 18 and concludes at 60 – a journey spanning 42 years. Our cherished colleague Meftun Gündoğdu has proven once again with his farewell letter that he is not just a coworker but also an elder member of our family.

With Meftun Bey's permission, here is his farewell message to all of us:

*"I stepped through the doors of Altek Döküm as an 18-year-old – young, excited, and just beginning to learn about life. Today, I leave at the age of 60, having left a lifetime behind me. I feel both pride and deep sorrow. The years I spent here were not just a working life, but a life's journey... You always made me feel the warmth of being part of a family company. As I leave today, I leave behind not just my years, but also a piece of my heart. If I have any rights over you, I forgive you wholeheartedly. Please forgive me as well."*
